Copyright Statement for YouTube
All music, sound recordings, artwork, writing, video, and multimedia content created by Kenneth Whittaker and published by Golden Fade Productions on YouTube is protected by United States and international copyright law. This includes, without limitation:
- Music. Original compositions, lyrics, sound recordings, soundtracks, and stems, including works registered with BMI.
- Artwork. Paintings, prints, gallery imagery, album art, and motion visuals.
- Writing. Novel excerpts, narration, scripts, and spoken-word performances.
- Multimedia. Audio-visual works, trailers, and cinematic pieces drawn from The Art Between Us.
Uploading, distributing, or monetizing this content on YouTube without written permission is copyright infringement, regardless of intent, credit given, or disclaimers such as "no copyright intended."
Content ID & Platform Enforcement
Golden Fade Productions uses YouTube's Content ID system and platform-level copyright tools to identify and manage uses of its music and audiovisual works across YouTube. When a match is found, we may choose to monetize, track, mute, or block the matching video, at our discretion and in accordance with YouTube's policies.
Where platform tools are not sufficient, we enforce our rights through the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), including formal takedown notices and counter-notice procedures. Repeat or willful infringement may result in channel strikes, termination under YouTube's repeat infringer policy, and legal action.
Rules for Reuse, Sampling, Remixing & Reposting
The following uses of Golden Fade Productions content on YouTube are not permitted without prior written permission:
- Reposting or re-uploading any song, video, artwork, or excerpt, in whole or in part.
- Sampling, remixing, covering, or creating derivative works from our music or recordings.
- Using our music or visuals as background, intro, outro, or soundtrack material in your own videos.
- Compilations, "lyric videos," reaction edits that reuse substantial portions, or AI-generated imitations of our work.
- Monetizing any video that contains our content without a license.
Short quotes, commentary, criticism, and news reporting may qualify as fair use under the law, but fair use is a legal defense, not a permission. If you are unsure whether your use qualifies, ask first.
“Echoes Begin” — A Proprietary Multimedia Project
"Echoes Begin" is a proprietary multimedia project of Golden Fade Productions. It is not a loose collection of songs or images; it is a single connected work spanning music, visual art, narrative text, and cinematic presentation. The title, the concept, the characters, the story arcs, the soundtrack, and the visual identity of "Echoes Begin" are owned by Kenneth Whittaker and Golden Fade Productions.
No part of "Echoes Begin" may be reproduced, performed, adapted, sampled, or used to train AI models without written permission. This protection applies on YouTube and every other platform.
Requesting Permission or a License
We welcome thoughtful collaborations, sync placements, covers, and licensed uses. To request permission or a license, write to legal@theartbetweenusproductionsstudio.store with:
- The specific work you want to use.
- How and where you plan to use it, including your channel or platform.
- Whether the use is commercial or non-commercial.
- The duration and territory of the requested license.
Permission is granted only in writing. A verbal agreement, a comment reply, or the absence of a Content ID claim does not constitute a license.
You can also send your request directly through this form:
Reporting Unauthorized Use: A Step-by-Step Guide
If you find Golden Fade Productions content on YouTube used without permission, a clear report helps it get resolved quickly. Follow these steps.
Step 1 — Gather your evidence
Before submitting anything, collect the following:
- The full URL of the video, and the channel name that posted it.
- Screenshots showing the content in use — the video player, title, channel name, and upload date.
- Timestamps noting where the protected music, artwork, or writing appears in the video.
- A link to the original Golden Fade work (the official track, artwork, or page) so the match is easy to verify.
- The date you first noticed the unauthorized use.
Step 2 — Report it to Golden Fade Productions
Email legal@theartbetweenusproductionsstudio.store with the evidence above and a short description of what was used and how. Every report is reviewed personally.
Step 3 — Submit a copyright complaint to YouTube
If you are the rights holder (or acting on their behalf), you can also file directly with YouTube:
- Open YouTube's copyright takedown form (youtube.com/copyright_complaint_form) while signed in to your Google account.
- Choose the option for a copyright takedown request and identify the infringing video by its URL.
- Describe the copyrighted work — name the track, artwork, or text — and link to the original.
- State, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and that the use is not authorized.
- Sign with your full legal name and submit. YouTube will notify the uploader, who may file a counter-notification.
Step 4 — Keep your records
Save copies of your complaint, YouTube's confirmation, and any replies. If the uploader disputes the claim, this record becomes the foundation of the next step.
A note of care: copyright complaints are legal statements. Only file for content you own or are authorized to represent, and consider whether a use might qualify as fair use before submitting.
