DMCA Takedown Policy

Golden Fade Productions enforces its copyright protections. We monitor for unauthorized copies of our music, writing, and artwork, and we file takedown notices when we find them. We also respond promptly to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to goldenfadeproductions67@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice.” Include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
• The exact page address where the material appears.
• Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address. Include your signature, the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

We may restrict access for anyone who repeatedly infringes. Knowingly false notices may create legal liability for the sender.
