Refund Policy

Golden Fade Productions sells digital products, including music, album cover artwork, downloadable artwork, digital books, soundtrack files, and creative collections. All purchases are processed through the official Golden Fade Productions Shopify checkout.

All digital product sales are final. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or canceled once purchased, Golden Fade Productions does not offer refunds on digital products.

Exceptions may only apply where required by law or if the customer is unable to access the purchased file due to a verified technical delivery issue caused by the store system. Any exception is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and requires clear evidence of the issue.

Print-on-demand products, if offered through Shopify or third-party fulfillment, may be handled separately if an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. These issues are addressed according to the policies connected to our Shopify store and the fulfillment partner handling production.
