Golden Fade Productions™ is a trademark of Kenneth Whittaker. It identifies the studio as the source of its books, music, artwork, and multimedia experiences.

The following are brand identifiers of Golden Fade Productions:

• The GFP monogram.
• The aperture ring emblem.
• The chapter artwork used to mark each part of the story.
• The tagline “Where Echoes Become Art.”
• The titles The Art Between Us and Echoes Begin, used as series and product names.

You may not use these marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation, or that could confuse people about the source of a product. They may not appear in logos, domain names, social media handles, or merchandise without written permission.
