About the author

Kenneth Whittaker is a father, storyteller, and advocate for emotional healing. After recognizing that his early childhood experiences in bars and strip clubs had shaped his understanding of relationships, Kenneth began a journey of self-discovery following his divorce after 23 years of marriage. His shift from seeking validation through passion and conquest to understanding true intimacy healed his relationship with himself and gave his three daughters a healthier model of love. Through vulnerable storytelling and hard-won wisdom, he helps others see the difference between passion and intimacy, offering hope for breaking generational cycles of emotional wounds.
