The Finding
“It was not lost. It was waiting.”
A small light found in tall grass at the edge of dusk. The hand closes around it before the mind decides what it is. This is how the passage begins — not with a search, but with a quiet recognition.
Hung in a hallway, this piece becomes a small ritual on the way out the door. It does not ask for attention. It returns it.
